We are a dynamic software development company based out of Belgium with a team of 100 belonging to a leading digital healthcare player, Group Softway Medical. Our focus is on delivering innovative healthcare solutions that improve patient outcomes and streamline healthcare operations. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Regional Sales Manager to join our team and drive our growth in the Flanders region.
Position Overview:
The Senior Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and expanding our customer base in Flanders. This role requires a proven track record in sales, in particular in acquiring new clients and selling complex solutions, ideally within the healthcare software sector. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a good understanding of the healthcare industry, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. The job reports to the Sales Director Belgium.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve company goals and expand our customer base in Flanders.
- Identify and target potential clients in the healthcare sector, including hospitals and clinics, identify key decision makers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within clients (e.g. medical directors, Information system directors…)
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and sales proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Share market, solution and competition inputs gathered in the field within the Group.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with a focus on the healthcare sector.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its challenges.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in the given territory but also to collaborate with other colleagues in Belgium and France.
